Rachel became a Registered Massage Therapist because she wanted to help people in a significant way within a day. She completed her 2,200-hour Massage Therapy Diploma at the Alberta College of Massage Therapy in 2022.
Rachel’s favourite modalities to utilize are lymphatic drainage therapies and digestive-focused massage, working alongside the body’s natural systems to support circulation and overall well-being while helping to reduce inflammation and bloating and promote relaxation and healing.
Outside of the clinic, Rachel enjoys lifting weights, swimming, gardening, and spending time helping animals. During college, she fostered and rescued eight animals, including an entire litter of five feral kittens!
Rachel brings compassion, curiosity, and a genuine desire to help every client feel a little better when they leave than when they arrived.
