RAPID NeuroFascial Reset is a neurologically focused manual therapy technique that targets the central nervous system’s role in reducing tension, restrictions, and pain in muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia, and nerves.
It is an evidence-based, movement-based approach in which the therapist applies precise pressure to hypersensitive areas while the client performs specific, guided movements. This combination stimulates the nervous system, increases blood flow, and helps “reset” protective patterns that contribute to pain and dysfunction.
Unlike traditional massage, RAPID focuses on neurological change rather than purely mechanical tissue release. It is commonly used to address conditions such as sciatica, migraines, plantar fasciitis, back and neck pain, TMJ dysfunction, and other musculoskeletal or nerve-related issues.
“I’ve been going to massage therapy for years but this is the first time I experienced a massage like this. I think I will make this my go-to place”
“The clinic is very calm, warm and inviting. Noemi is absolutely wonderful at deep tissue massage for tight and aching muscles”
“Very nice place. The staff are super friendly and the treatment is always A+. Me and my SO have done couples massages there and it’s always a hit with her. Will be back again.”
“Each time was amazing. But the Thai massage was especially good. Highly recommend this place. They really have great therapists.”
“I’ve been going to Integrated for a few years. I have had a chance to see several different massage therapists, as I often book on short notice, and everyone has always been wonderful.”
RAPID treatments are hands-on, lotion-free, and performed with the client fully clothed. Please note that RAPID techniques cannot be performed over denim or thick jeans, and clients must be informed of this prior to treatment.
Some discomfort during treatment is common, as the technique intentionally stimulates sensitive nerve pathways. However, many clients experience noticeable improvement quickly, often within just a few sessions.
RAPID sessions are designed to be efficient and focused, typically shorter than standard massage treatments to avoid overwhelming the nervous system.
Initial sessions: Approximately 45 minutes, allowing time for assessment and treatment
Follow-up sessions: Usually 30–45 minutes
Targeted sessions: Around 30 minutes for addressing one or two specific areas
Extended sessions: 45–60 minutes for multiple concerns or when combined with other therapies
Each session integrates assessment and treatment, with the primary goal of achieving rapid, functional results rather than full-body relaxation.
RAPID effectively treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions including muscle strains, tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, frozen shoulder, IT band syndrome, shin splints, nerve entrapments, headaches, and chronic pain conditions. It’s particularly effective for overuse injuries, sports injuries, post-surgical scar tissue, and conditions that haven’t responded well to other treatments.
