A Revolutionary Approach to Soft Tissue Healing. The Graston Technique is an innovative, evidence-based therapy designed to effectively treat soft tissue injuries and promote faster healing. By using specialized instruments, this technique helps identify and treat areas of scar tissue or fascial restrictions in the body, ultimately improving mobility, reducing pain, and restoring function.
The Graston Technique utilizes stainless steel tools that are uniquely shaped to glide over the skin. These tools allow our specially trained Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to precisely locate areas of scar tissue, adhesions, or tightness. By applying controlled pressure and specific motions, we can break down these restrictions and promote the body’s natural healing process.
“I’ve been going to massage therapy for years but this is the first time I experienced a massage like this. I think I will make this my go-to place”
“The clinic is very calm, warm and inviting. Noemi is absolutely wonderful at deep tissue massage for tight and aching muscles”
“Very nice place. The staff are super friendly and the treatment is always A+. Me and my SO have done couples massages there and it’s always a hit with her. Will be back again.”
“Each time was amazing. But the Thai massage was especially good. Highly recommend this place. They really have great therapists.”
“I’ve been going to Integrated for a few years. I have had a chance to see several different massage therapists, as I often book on short notice, and everyone has always been wonderful.”
The Graston Technique offers several proven benefits for people dealing with pain, stiffness, or soft tissue injuries. Key benefits include:
Reduced pain and inflammation
Improved mobility and range of motion
Faster recovery from injury
Breakdown of scar tissue and fascial restrictions
Enhanced healing through increased blood flow
It’s especially helpful for chronic conditions or injuries that haven’t responded to other treatments. Many patients find relief and improved function within just a few sessions.
Graston is effective for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including:
Chronic neck or back pain
Tendonitis (e.g., Achilles, rotator cuff, tennis elbow)
Plantar fasciitis
Carpal tunnel syndrome
Scar tissue from injury or surgery
Some patients may feel mild discomfort or bruising during or after treatment, especially if there is a lot of tension or scar tissue. However, the technique is adjusted to your comfort level, and many people find relief after just a few sessions.
The number of treatments varies depending on the condition and its severity. Many patients notice improvement after 3–6 sessions, though chronic issues may require more ongoing care. Your therapist will provide a personalized treatment plan during your initial assessment.
