Cupping massage is a therapeutic treatment that combines the benefits of traditional cupping with massage techniques to relieve tension, improve circulation, and promote deep relaxation. Using specialized cups to create gentle suction on the skin, cupping massage releases muscle tightness, encourages lymphatic drainage, and supports the body’s natural healing process.
This therapy is particularly beneficial for those dealing with chronic pain, muscle stiffness, or stress, as it targets areas of tension and enhances blood flow. Our skilled therapists tailor each cupping massage session to meet individual needs, creating a comfortable and rejuvenating experience. Experience the restorative benefits of cupping massage at Integrated Therapies, where we help clients feel relaxed, refreshed, and revitalized.
“I’ve been going to massage therapy for years but this is the first time I experienced a massage like this. I think I will make this my go-to place”
“The clinic is very calm, warm and inviting. Noemi is absolutely wonderful at deep tissue massage for tight and aching muscles”
“Very nice place. The staff are super friendly and the treatment is always A+. Me and my SO have done couples massages there and it’s always a hit with her. Will be back again.”
“Each time was amazing. But the Thai massage was especially good. Highly recommend this place. They really have great therapists.”
“I’ve been going to Integrated for a few years. I have had a chance to see several different massage therapists, as I often book on short notice, and everyone has always been wonderful.”
Cupping massage uses specialized cups to create suction on the skin, drawing blood to the area and encouraging muscle relaxation. This increased circulation promotes healing and reduces tension in sore or tight muscles.
Cupping therapy can leave temporary marks on the skin, often referred to as “cupping marks”. These marks are caused by the suction and typically appear as circular bruises. The marks are not permanent and generally fade within a few days to a week, depending on individual healing factors.
Cupping massage is beneficial for relieving muscle pain, tension, and stiffness. It can also help improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and accelerate recovery in athletes or individuals with chronic pain or stress-related muscle tightness.
