When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you, and missed appointments prevent us from accommodating other clients. Further, therapists only get paid when they deliver a service.
- If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
- If you cancel an appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
- We cannot direct bill missed appointments.
- When booking an appointment with us, you are agreeing to our policy.
We are aware that circumstance out of your control like family emergencies or illnesses can arise. In such cases please inform us and we will treat it on a case-by-case basis.
