Acupuncture with Massage is a unique and effective blend of two complementary healing modalities that have been practiced for centuries.

Acupuncture: This ancient Chinese technique involves the insertion of thin needles into specific points on the body to stimulate energy flow, reduce pain, and promote natural healing. It is based on the concept of balancing the body’s vital energy, or Qi, to restore health and harmony.

Massage Therapy: Massage therapy involves the manipulation of soft tissues, muscles, and joints to relieve tension, reduce stress, and improve circulation. It can also enhance the body’s ability to heal itself by promoting relaxation and reducing muscle tightness.

By combining acupuncture and massage therapy, we create a powerful synergy that addresses both the physical and energetic aspects of your health, providing a comprehensive approach to healing.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the benefits of combining acupuncture and massage?

Our Edmonton acupuncture services are based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, designed to re-establish the body’s natural flow of energy, relieve emotional and physical blocks and stimulate the immune and hormonal systems. Hair thin needles are applied to specific points on the body which effectively remove blocks and boost the body’s inherent ability to heal itself.

Massage Therapy smooths and sculpts your muscles, clears the mind and leaves you with a deep sense of relaxation and clearing. Long strokes, gentle rocking, stretching and joint release, remove tension and also increase your body’s range of movement.

Sessions are 60 or 90 minutes long. Each starts with massage, followed by acupuncture and finishes with more soothing massage
